Ball Valve with Built-in Check Valve 1" BallStop CALEFFI 327600 with Handle for Heating Systems

The BALLSTOP valve from the 327 series is designed for central heating installations. The design of the valve results from improving the hydraulic properties of the ball valve with a built-in check valve, without altering the function of the latter.

The BALLSTOP valve is used in water installations where a check and shut-off valve is necessary, for example, in connections to water systems, on the supply of storage water heaters, tanks, etc.

The BALLSTOP valve combines two mechanisms with different functions in one body:

• A ball shut-off valve and a check valve are housed within a single body.

Construction

• Body made of brass UNI EN 12165 CW617N.
• Sealing on the retaining element made of ethylene-propylene rubber.
• Retaining spring made of stainless steel.
• Quiet operation achieved through the streamlined shape of the throttle.
• The seal on the wedge ensures immediate closure and hermetic tightness even at low back pressure.
• Moving parts, thanks to a special connection, remain unaffected by minor contaminants in the water and deposits that may form due to prolonged installation downtime.
