AKV is an electrically controlled expansion valve designed for refrigeration systems. The AKV valve is usually controlled by electronic controllers from the ADAP - KOOL® group from Danfoss.
The valve is controlled by pulse width modulation (opening time duration), which means that the valve is either open or tightly closed.
