APPLICATION
The solenoid expansion valve in the series 44000 are designed to be installed on refrigeration and air-conditioning system for domestic and industrial use. It’s possible to use them with all the refrigerant fluids of goup 2 of Art.13, Chapter 1, point A or B, of Euopean Directive 2014/68/EU, with reference to EC Regulation no. 1272/2008.
Below i s a list of the main refrigerant gases that can be used:

•    HCFC (R22)

•    HFC (R32, R134a R404A, R407C, R410A, R507)

•    HFO and HFO/HFC mixes (R1234ze, R1234yf, R448A, R449A, R450A, R452A)

•    HC upon request with HNBR gasket

ADVANTAGES

•    Neoprene sealing O-ring (HNBR option for flammable fluids)
•    Ferromagnetic steel cores
•    AISI 303 stainless steel filter
•    AISI 302 stainless steel springs
•    Class H coils complete with moisture-proof seals
•    Copper pipes to UNI-EN12735/1-Cu-DHP

GENERAL FEATURES
The expansion valve is a lamination device interposed between the capacitor and the evaporator.
The liquid coolant passing through the nozzle generates an increase in pressure before entering the evaporator.
The valve is opened/closed by an electronic programmable device that regulates it via the PULSE WIDTH MODULATION (PWM) system.
The regulator optimizes the overall performance of the machine, making the evaporator even more efficient under varying load conditions.

- Refrigeration (glass refrigerated counters, display cases for supermarkets, ice and ice-cream making machines)
- Air-conditioning systems

- Heat pumps
